A practice’s Front Office Team is very much the first response unit in ensuring a smooth and ideal day for everyone. Therefore, it is critical that there are systems and protocols in place to help them minimise disruptions through effectively managing important tasks such as appointment book scheduling, pre-blocking, dealing with cancellations and late patients, handling emergencies and supporting team communication through huddles and team meetings.
Our Front Office Systems training are:
- Appointment Book Scheduling (normally priced at $219 ex GST)
- Cancellations and Late Patients (normally priced at $149 ex GST)
- Huddle and Team Meetings (normally priced at $149 ex GST)
- Handling Emergencies (normally priced at $149 ex GST)
How does Bundle work?
Upon registering for our bundled training, you will receive an email from our team with your own unique code. During the bundle checkout process, you do not need to supply us the attendee’s details. Please come back to the Shop again to register a session with attendee’s details when you receive the code. This code is used, when you are ready, to register for the session dates/times you prefer. The training sessions you select must be within the same calendar year. As seats are limited, we strongly recommend you to use the code to register yourself or your team at least 1 week before the session.
